Eminence Meadows is located in the northern Catskill Mountains in New York State. The small hamlet of Eminence has been home to artist and horticulturist Patrick Sarisky and the gardens for over 30 years. The cool Summer nights (zone 4) and deep, rich organic raised beds help to grow some of the best Hostas and Perennials on the market.
